Stay Well Programme: giving our clients and network additional support and access to counselling
Recent Covid-19 restrictions may have triggered feelings of anxiety, worry and stress. At this time, it is important to take care of both your mental and physical wellbeing.
Stay Well Programme Interactive Schedule
As part of the Stay Well Programme, our team have sourced a range of free online activities to support our client’s wellbeing, such as: mindfulness sessions, arts and crafts, physical fitness, and many more. All sessions run from Monday through to Saturday and can be enjoyed from the comfort of your home.
We also provide free one-to-one counselling, either by telephone or videocall, with our fully qualified counsellor Belinda. Our counselling sessions work with you to help provide solutions to issues that might be causing you concern.
