NOW is the time to get trained in Mental Health First Aid!
Mental ill-health costs UK employers £34.9 billion each year, but not to worry, help is at hand. We deliver MHFA training courses to help you pro-actively manage wellbeing in your organisation and cut down on these costs!

About MHFA:
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised course, recommended by business in the community here in the UK.
It is designed to give an understanding of mental ill-health, how to spot the signs and symptoms and how to provide help on a first aid basis guiding someone towards professional support.

Along with developing mental health awareness, you will be taught a set of skills to offer guidance and support to someone experiencing a mental health-related crisis.

At Better Pathways, we recognise the importance of this course and are delivering them to anyone aged 16+.

What you will get:

On completion of each course, you will receive a certificate from MHFA England.
All our MHFA courses are recognised and accredited but participants will be required to complete either or both of the two-day course to gain the accreditation of Mental Health First Aider. You will also be given learning resources including a workbook, MHFA manual, Z card and lanyard.
