Adult Employment, Education and Training Programme (Disability Inclusion Pathway)

Better Pathways have been awarded an ESF funded contract to deliver the Disability Inclusion Pathway project. We support individuals (aged 18+) furthest away from the labour market in achieving their vocational goals whether it be employment, further training, or education.

What is Disability Inclusion Pathway?

Disability Inclusion Pathway provides tailored support to individuals across Birmingham and Solihull to help them into education, training and/or employment. We recognise that many clients eligible for this programme have either not worked for a long period of time, or are in-and-out of jobs due to barriers they face.

Our Vocational Specialists aim to create a warm and inviting approach to help you overcome your personal barriers by creating a vocational profile where we aim to understand your interests, ambitions, strengths, and areas of improvement. Collaborative action planning is completed, tailored to your individual needs. Both 1-to-1 and group sessions are available, providing person-centred advice and guidance.
