WorkWell
Supporting people with a health condition or a disability to start, return to, or stay in work.
WorkWell is a free, voluntary programme that helps people who may be struggling to find or retain a job due to a health need or a disability.
The service aims to help people to improve their health and get the job that is right for them.
You do not need to be in receipt of any government benefits to access the support.
Our services include:
- A dedicated Work and Health coach will support you in finding the right services and support for you. Including connecting you to health professionals and community groups.
- We work with you to create a personalised health and employment plan, with support from our expert team in mental health, muscular skeletal conditions, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social prescribing and employment support.
- Access low-level interventions like physiotherapy or talking therapies to address health conditions that might be preventing you from working.
